Position Overview
As an AV Service Technician represented by Amplify People, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and supporting AV systems in real-world environments. From remote troubleshooting to on-site diagnostics and customer education, your work will help clients feel confident and cared for. This evergreen listing is open to techs at varying levels of experience—from field-level service roles to advanced troubleshooting and programming.
Responsibilities May Include
- Diagnosing and resolving AV system issues—on-site or remotely
- Troubleshooting wired and wireless networks, control systems, and device connectivity

- Providing white-glove customer service and clear communication

Qualifications

- Programming experience is a plus but not required
