Position Overview
Whether you’re an alarm tech, security installer, customer support rep, or operations lead, we want to connect you with companies that need your expertise. Responsibilities May Include
- Installing and servicing residential or commercial security systems (alarm, intrusion, access control)
- Configuring and troubleshooting panels such as Qolsys, 2Gig, DMP, Honeywell, DSC, and Interlogix
- Working with platforms like Alarm.com for remote management and mobile access
- Supporting clients with service calls, phone troubleshooting, and system education
- Leading or managing a team of technicians in the field
- Coordinating with warehouse or scheduling teams to ensure timely installations
Qualifications
- Experience with residential or commercial security systems
- Comfort working with common security panels and network-based systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to lead or train other techs (for leadership roles)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Reliable, trustworthy, and calm under pressure
