Position Overview

As an AV Sales Representative represented by Amplify People, you’ll have the opportunity to work with growing integrators seeking driven, relationship-focused sales professionals. Responsibilities May Include

  • Building and managing relationships with builders, architects, designers, and homeowners
  • Creating and presenting proposals tailored to client needs and budgets
  • Managing leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity from prospecting through close
  • Staying informed about product offerings, AV trends, and customer pain points
  • Collaborating with project managers and technicians to align expectations
  • Representing integrators with professionalism, expertise, and integrity
  • Participating in community and industry events to build brand presence

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in AV, construction, or luxury home services preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both in person and virtually
  • Confidence managing a sales pipeline and closing deals
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and follow-through
  • Driven by building relationships, not just making transactions
  • Open to candidates who are new to the industry but passionate about learning and growing
